This is for the Deposit Only on a 1/4 Processed F1 Wagyu.

$8.25 / LB (1/4 carcass hanging Weight) standard processing included.

We cannot accept special requests on 1/4 processing.

You will receive an assortment of all cuts equal to 1/4 of the carcass hanging weight. The actual selection of cuts will depend on the processing of the whole carcass. A good rule of thumb is approximately 1/3 steaks, 1/3 ground, and 1/3 roasts and other cuts.
