Ingredients

  • 1 Cup cooked ground Wagyu beef
  • 1 large prepared pizza crust
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 Cup cooked ground Wagyu beef
  • 1 cup sliced sweet onions
  • 1 cup sliced baby bella mushrooms
  • 1-1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup sliced pickled jalapenos

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F

Step 2

Prepare the ingredients:

Sautee the thinly sliced onions in butter or olive oil until translucent, don’t brown.
Sautee the ground wagyu until completely cooked but don’t over brown. Stir frequently. Wagyu will make its own juice.

Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the prepared pizza crust.
Add the layers: the cooked Wagyu beef, the cooked onions, the sauteed mushrooms, the shredded cheese and finally the sliced jalapenos.

Step 4

Place the pizza on a flat round baking pan.
Bake uncovered for 15 minutes at 350F.

Step 5

Remove from the oven, slice and serve.
