What You Get

You will receive an assortment of all cuts equal to your share of the carcass.

A good rule of thumb is approximately 1/3 steaks, 1/3 ground, and 1/3 roasts and other cuts.

Bulk Order Examples

1/4 Processed F1 Wagyu Example

This example of a quarter was large at approximately 180lbs of finished product, which would take about 5-6 cubic feet of freezer space to store.

Quarters will be processed based on the whole carcass processing. Halves and whole beef cut sheets can be 100% customized to your liking.

*Please note: we will let you know final weight after carcass is weighed at the processor.
